GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Employment Type: Full Time, 6 days a week
Monthly Salary: AED 3000
Minimum Work Experience: 3-6 Years

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2D and 3D Graphic visualizations of event decoration
• Develop social media design
• Create company materials: flyers, brochures, presentations
• Work closely with the Creative Director to support design solutions
• Provide the production team with all drawings and materials needed to produce and fabricate the designs prepared
• Attending meetings with clients and creative team in order to take design briefs
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide technical drawing for production
• Actively participate in the event decoration development
• Create wedding monograms and invitations
• Photo editing

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Lightroom) and CorelDraw.
• 3D Max and / or sketchup
• Knowledge in Auto CAD is desirable
• Experience in wedding and events designs
• Ability to create ideas and implement them
• 3-6 years working within an event and experiential agency, design firm, ad agency or other creative team environment.
• Impeccable taste and design sense
• Highly creative at fresh, innovative concepts for live experience spacial design
• Experience in designing large scale stages and sets.
• A design degree or diploma in a relevant field of study will be an added advantage
• Extreme attention to detail and deadlines
• Portfolio that illustrates an understanding and execution of design trends and modern aesthetic
• Excellent English communication skills

PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER/VIDEO EDITOR
Employment Type: Full Time, 6 days a week
Monthly Salary: AED 4000 (depends on work experience)
Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 Years

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shooting Photo and Video
• Editing and compiling footage in a way that conveys the intended message to target audiences
• Develop titles and motion graphics using software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry s best practices to maximize efficiency
• Create demo videos utilizing stock and bringing video edit lead creative ideas to life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stay constantly attuned to the evolving digital trends
• Effective, articulate (and slightly intimidating) communication skills
• Deliver within deadlines
• Highly adaptive/have a passion for digital media marketing
• Excellent understanding of social media organic content creation practices
• Excellent English communication skills

EVENT DESIGNER
Employment Type: Full Time, 6 days a week
Monthly Salary: AED 5000
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and develop ideas and concept for events and party decorations
• Interact with clients, presenting ideas and solutions
• Event planning and design while managing all project delivery elements within time limits/schedule
• Suppliers coordination
• 2D design visualization, inclusive floor plans
• Create event styling presentations
• Conduct market research and gather updated information
• Executing and managing event projects from conception to production
• Organize all facilities and manage all event’s details of event decoration

REQUIREMENTS

• Excelent knowledge in Photoshop, illustrator and 3D programs
• Excellent experience in creating presentation and ideas for event decorations
• Proven experience as an event designer, stylist and decorator
• Portfolio of previously designed and managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
• Excellent time management and English communication skills
• Skills in Table set up, Stage and backdrop decor
