Details of the event discussed during the first meeting, creative plans and ideas for the event theme, event location options and all necessary details of the event are included in the project presentation.
The presentation gives us and the client an overview of what the whole event will look like, covering everything from the layout and design options to the preparation timeline, possible suppliers and approximate costs. We detail the event program and decoration, including the description of the plan, design services and the quotation.
We make sure that all necessary information and details to deliver a successful event are well-coordinated between us and the client by understanding their needs and preferences.
