Revisions & Approval
We always consider minimal changes as part of event planning and design improvement. We are confident that even slight changes or modifications requested by our clients are carefully considered and applied. Arrangements and small corrections in designs, scheduling, cost and other details will be made before submitting the final approval. The final proposal is made based on the first presentation and previous discussions and arrangements.
A quotation includes a breakdown of the factors that have led to the specific price, such as logistics charges, taxes / VAT, materials, sizes, quantities, labour etc. This information is submitted to our client for their approval. We also include the time frame for when a service will be completed or for when the items will be delivered. This way you know exactly what you’re paying for and when to expect it.
